2010 Sodexo Employee of the Year, presented to Wanda Bell, Camp Allen
Congratulations to Wanda Bell, Chief Cook at the Camp Allen USMC galley, for her selection as Sodexo’s Employee of the Year for 2010. Eggleston, as a subcontractor to Sodexo at this location, provides full food service operations for nearly 8,000 Marines on a monthly basis. Wanda was already recognized for her sustained superior performance having been selected out of more than 300 other nominees spanning 10 different locations as Sodexo’s Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter. After reviewing the submissions and accomplishments of the four Quarterly winners, Wanda again came out on top and has been named Sodexo’s Employee of the Year for 2010. A true source of inspiration, demonstrating professionalism and team work on a daily basis, Wanda personifies Excellence in Action.
2010 Hampton Mayor’s Committee Award, presented to John Skinner III, SBH Center
John Skinner III is a former laundry services employee who now works in Eggleston’s document shredding opperation. John was recognizes as employee of the year by the Hampton’s Mayor Committee for people with disabilities. Carol Kidd Davis, sister of SBHC resident Lloyd Davis was recognized for her advocacy of persons with diasbilites by receiveing the Charle Wornom Hleping Hands award.
